OUR STORY

Green Hill Guest House is a true gem on the map - a calm and cosy place in the heart of the charming town of Berkovitsa. It enjoys a quite location up in the mountain, just 87 km away from Sofia. The main building has a long history with several different owners throughout the years. The Dimitrovi family bought the house in 2013, when they started the overall reconstruction. With the help of a team of architects and a pinch of passion they totally transformed the property into a wonderful 3-storey house with spacious and sunny rooms, elegant furniture and specific charm. All the details have been set and since April 2016 the modern house with its wonderful garden has welcomed its guests to provide them with cosy accommodation, home made breakfast and friendly environment.
 
The interior design has been developed in black and white, and natural materials have been used. The lines are clean and create an environment of peace and joy. Everything within the house is right at its place, there are no elements to disturb the sight and through each detail we can hear the story of the Dimitrovi family and their will to create a place where each guest will feel like at home.


The main building in the center of Berkovitsa provides its guests with 3 double rooms and 1 family apartment, equipped with all modern facilities for a nice holiday up in the mountain. There is an additional option for accommodation - the luxury 2-bedroom villa, located on a hill at the "Kaleto" region. The view from here above the city and towards the mountain peaks is impressive.


Green Hill Boutique Hotel will welcome up to 50 people in the 3 halls of the restaurant on the first floor of the house. Having a delicious dinner here will make you feel like you are at the dinning room of dear friends. The hosts will also be happy to organize inside or outside in the garden your corporate event or private celebration.
