This is our hidden gem in the Berkovitsa mountains - a place built with passion and the strong desire every detail here to make you feel relaxed and taken care of during your pleasant holiday. What’s new in Green Hill

Spring is coming to our garden and we are ready to open again our house for you from 1st of April. You can reserve as usual our double rooms and family apartment during the week days, but now you will also have the opportunity to book the entire house during the weekends for a minimum stay of 2 nights. We can then accommodate up to 9 people in total and the guests will be able to use our fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room and the beautiful garden. The price for accommodation always includes our delicious homemade breakfast with products from the region. We look forward to welcoming you here soon! Elegant Double Room

Are you ready for a holiday up in the mountain? Choose one of our elegant double rooms, positioned on the second floor of the house. The size of the rooms is around 18 square meters and they have either a double bed or twin beds. The view from the charming windows is towards the town houses and the mountain peaks or the green calmness of the garden. The wooden floors match perfectly the white furniture and create a peaceful environment. The rooms have a separate bathroom and are cleverly designed with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Green Hill House

We start this spring with something new - you have the option book the entire Green Hill house for a minimum stay of 2 nights. There are 3 double rooms and 1 family apartment, so we can accommodate up to 9 people in total. You will have access to our professional kitchen, our dining and living room, as well as the garden with barbecue facilities. Enjoy complete privacy and we will take care about the details.

Family Apartment

Do you plan a family holiday up in the mountain? Our spacious family apartment is the best option for accommodation when you are with the kids. It is positioned on the second floor of the house and its size is approximately 40 square meters. It has a master bedroom with a terrace, additional bedroom with a single bed and baby cot, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a bathroom. The apartment has modern design and clean lines. Meet the morning sun at your terrace with a cup of hot coffee and delicious fresh breakfast.

Luxury Villa

Have you ever dreamt of a mountain house with an enchanting view? Our spacious luxury villa is located on a hill at the region “Kaleto”. It will welcome you with the fresh air of the surrounding forests, stunning views and all modern facilities. The house is of 180 square meters and has 2 cosy bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bathroom, a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and an amazing porch with sitting are and a barbecue. The best place to spend hours admiring the beauty of the nature around and breathe the fresh air is the swing on the porch.

Mansard double room

They say the top floor is always the best. You may choose our mansard double room, positioned on the third floor of the house. Its size is approximately 25 square meters and it comprises an elegant bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, wardrobe space, sitting area, and a spacious bathroom with natural light. The wooden floors match perfectly the white furniture and create a peaceful environment. The artistic element here is the small mansard window through which the first sun rays will invite you for a walk up in the mountain.

ABOUT BERKOVITSA

Berkovitsa is an ancient town in the western part of the Balkan Mountains with marvellous nature and strategic location. It is positioned within the valley, right at the foot of Kom Peak. The climate here is moderate and it is characterized by mild and sunny winter, and cool summer. The sun rays find their way through the mountain peaks around the town and touch the branches of the ancient beech and pine forests. The air is so fresh and clean, fragranced with the aroma of mountain herbs and flowers. The crystal clear streams and the healing mineral springs in the region make Berkovitsa a sought for place for a pleasant holiday.
